Peach Cobbler
     
2 cups flour 
2 cups sugar 
2 cups water or milk 
2 Tbsp.  baking powder 
2 Tbsp. vanilla 
2 large cans of peaches 
1/2  stick of butter 

9x11 inch pyrex baking dish  
Spray baking dish with Pam. Melt butter in the bottom of the dish. Mix  dry 
ingredients, milk, and vanilla with fork for one minute. Next, drain  peaches, 
place on top of mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40  minutes, until 
browned. Sprinkle with sugar. Serve warm with ice  cream.
