Hi, Steve, Thanks for the nice words, but I am ashamed to say not much time to post too many recipes, as most of my days are spent with my mom, caring for her, and I should do better, if only my day were longer, but perhaps in time, things could change. we are trying to get more help for her. she feels I am the only one that exists, and expects me to do it all. that in my books is virtually humanly impossible. I love the signature at the end of your email; thanks for such nice words, I will be in touch; it sure is great being back with my loving family.
