Crockpot Creamy Rice Pudding 

2 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup short-grain rice
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
grated nutmeg 

Put milk, rice and sugar in saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring. 
Pour into crockpot, dot with butter & sprinkle with a little grated nutmeg.
Cover, cook on Lo for 5 to 6 hours, stirring occasionally.
Serves 4.
