Cornmeal Cookies Cream together: 3/4 cup butter 3/4 cup sugar
Add the following until smooth: 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla Add and mix well: 1 1/2 cups flour 1/2 cup cornmeal 1 tsp.baking powder 1/4 tsp salt Optional: 1/2 cup raisins Drop dough from a tablespoon on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees about 15 mins until lightly browned. Makes about 1/2 doz. I use a teaspoon to drop them with...makes smaller cookies and more of em.
