EASY - DELICIOUS MICROWAVE FUDGE
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 stick butter, melted
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix all ingredients except vanilla in microwave safe dish. Microwave on
high for 2 minutes. Beat. Add vanilla (and nuts if desired). Pour into a 8"x8"
pan. Chill.
