CRAZY CAKES WITH CREAM CHEESE FILLING
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. cocoa
1 c. oil
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
Mix all ingredients together. Put into cup cake pans, filling 2/3 full.
Mix: 1 egg 1/2 c. sugar 1/8 tsp. salt 6 oz. chocolate chips
Top each cake with 1 tablespoon of topping. Bake at 350 degrees for about
20 minutes or until dry on top.
