Easy Reuben Crescent Casserole 1 pound sauerkraut 1/2 pound sliced corned beef 1/2 pound shredded Swiss cheese 2 medium sliced tomatoes 2 Tablespoons butter 4 Tablespoons Thousand Island dressing 1 can refrigerator crescent rolls
Spread sauerkraut in 12x8x2 inch baking dish. Top with corned beef, then cheese, then tomatoes. Dot with butter and dressing. Bake at 400ºF. for 15-20 minutes. Unroll crescent rolls. Do not separate. Lay over top of the other ingredients to form a crust.
