I hope Ashley will be okay. She sure has been through a lot. She must be a strong girl.

Ashlee is doing good. She is back on the liquid foods in a cup. No chewing, or utensils in her mouth for 6 weeks. Doc had to remove 2/3's of the bone that was just dead bone that never took. Now it didn't form cause she has no flow of blood in the cleft area, but yet she will have to go thru another bone surgery come Dec. I don't see how she will have any blood flow then either, but our doc says he will find a way to make this work. Ok I sure hope and pray that he does I say. She was in some pain last night and some swelling started, after I gave her medicine she went on to sleep, something neither one of us had at the hospital. So she was a very tired girl. As I find things out I'll let ya'll know. I take her back Weds. for a checkup. She has to rinse all the time, have to make sure nothing gets caught in the pocket he cleaned out. Since it was infection inside the area, he couldn't stitch it, it has to heal and close up on its own. So cleaning it out is very, very highly necessary. She was able to keep the braces on, but now I bet she won't want to brush as hard as she is suppose too. We just finally got her to brush them better than she was. She will think it will hurt that area if she brushes near it. Wow just so on TV down in Des Moines, a man has killed 2 women and he has locked himself in a house with 3 children, don't know if they are his kids or his house . There is a woman dead in a car and one in the street. My Gosh this world is going nuts. I pray this has a safer ending for these children. I have get me some coffee, and get some laundry done here. Not done anything since Monday. So I will catch ya'll later and keep ya up dates. Thanks for the prayers, We really needed them, and still do for a successfully recovery.
