FESTIVE FRUIT CAKE   

      2 eggs
      2 c. water
      2 tbsp. oil
      2 pkgs. Pillsbury nut quick bread mix
      2 c. pecans, halves or chopped
      2 c. raisins
      2 c. (12-13 oz.) candied cherries
      1 c. cut up candied pineapple

      Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bottom and sides of 12 cup 
fluted tube or 10" tube pan. Combine eggs, water and oil in large bowl. Add 
remaining ingredients. Stir by hand until combined. Pour into greased pan. Bake 
at 350 degrees for 75 to 85 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes 
out clean.  Enjoy.
