CHERRY NUT DESSERT SQUARES   

      1 pkg. Pillsbury nut quick bread mix
      1/3 c. butter, softened
      1 egg
      21 oz. can cherry pie filling
      14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
      1 1/2 c. coconut

      Heat oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease 13 x 9 inch pan. Combine 
quick bread mix, butter and egg; stir until crumbly. Press crumbs in bottom of 
prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Gently spoon cherry filling 
over prebaked crust; spread evenly. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over 
fruit filling; sprinkle with coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or 
until light golden brown. Serve warm or cold. 15 servings.  Enjoy.
