LEMON ANGEL FOOD CAKE
1 envelope Dream Whip
1 1/2 c. milk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon instant pudding mix
1 tsp. vanilla
1 sm. container Cool Whip Lite
1 Angel Food Cake (store bought or make your own)
Slice cake sideways about 1 inch from top all the way around cake. Save
top. Tunnel out cake, leaving about 3/4 inch cake on sides and 1 inch on
bottom. Mix Dream Whip, 1/2 cup milk and vanilla until stiff peaks form. In
separate bowl, mix pudding and 1 cup milk. Fold both mixtures together. Fill
tunnel and save some for top of cake. Put lid back on cake. Spread Cool Whip on
sides. Put remaining lemon mixture on top of cake. Chill.
