Gold Medal Salsa:
4 chopped nectarines
1 chopped apple or pear
2 chopped red bell peppers
3 tablespoons lime juice
3 tablespoons mild or hot chili peppers, minced
3 tablespoons minced onion
Mix all ingredients well, stirring to bring out some juices. Store in a
container. Chill until ready to serve (up to 4 hours ahead).
