Blueberry Cheesecake Dessert By Karen Birch Overall Rating *( * * * Thx Andrea Description Tastes like blueberry cheesecake, but not as fattening! Ingredients 1 box sugar free/fat free cheesecake pudding 2 cups fat free milk 1 cup fresh blueberries Directions Place half the blueberries in each of 2 dishes. Mix or shake milk and pudding for about 1 minute or until starting to set. Pour over the blueberries and chill at least an hour. Top with a little whipped topping, if desired.
