Can it also be baked in a small microwave pan?? Are the ingredients the same
to make a vanilla cake, omitting the coco?? Anyone try a variation?? Don

In A Mug
I just tried this and it is absolutely awesome!!!
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons of self-rising flour
4 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of Cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons of milk
3 tablespoons of oil
1 small splash of Vanilla flavoring
3 tablespoons of Chocolate Chips (optional)
Note: I did not use the Chocolate Chips.
Note: I used a 14 ounce mug.
Preparation:
1. Add dry ingredients to mug and stir well.
2. Add the egg and mix again.
3. Pour in milk and oil and mix well.
4. Place mug in microwave and cook for 3 minutes on high.
5. The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but no problem with that.
6. When cake has cooled a little, run a knife around the edge to break it
loose from the mug.
7. Dump out onto a plate and "Dig In".
