Easy Double Chocolate Bars
Serves 48 1 package (16 ounce size) cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed 3/4 cup butter or margarine, melted 1 can (14 ounce size) sweetened condensed milk 12 ounces miniature semisweet chocolate chips, divided Combine cookie crumbs and butter. Pat into bottom of an ungreased 13 by 9-inch baking pan. Combine milk and half of chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on high for 1 minute or until chips are melted. Stir until smooth. Pour over crust. Sprinkle with remaining chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until chips are melted.
