s M's CHEESECAKE
Cake 3 large packages cream cheese 3 eggs 1 1/2cups sugar ltsp. Vanilla Beat all ingredients till very smooth (I use a food processor) When smooth pour into a spring form pan, prepared with a graham cracker crust. Crust 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs ¼ cup melted butter or margarine 2 tbs. Sugar -or to taste 2 dashes of ground cinnamon Topping 1 pint sour cream ¼ Cup sugar (more or less to taste) 1 tsp vanilla Mix all together in the bottom of spring form pan(minimum 9") and then press into the bottom of the pan to form a flat crust Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2hour Let cool for 1 hour Mix Topping ingredients together until well blended. Spread Topping on cake Bake for 10 more minutes at 350 degrees Best prepared the day before Enjoy!
