Beef Patties in Creamy Sauce 
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/3 cup salsa
1/3 cup butter cracker crumbs
1 can cream of celery soup 
Combine beef, salsa and cracker crumbs and form into 5 to 6 patties.
Brown in a skillet and reduce heat. Add 1/4 cup water and simmer for 15
minutes. In a saucepan combine celery soup and 1/2 cup water or milk,
heat and mix. Pour over beef patties. 
Serve over hot, cooked noodles
