Ingredients

2 medium slice bread 
1 tablespoon low-fat mayonnaise 
4 small leaf lettuce, shredded 
1/2 medium avocado pear, 85g, peeled and sliced thinly 
2 tablespoon Fresh Salsa, oil-free 

Method

1.    Place the bread on two serving plates.

2.    Spread the mayonnaise dressing (this helps to 'anchor' the lettuce) on to 
the bread.

3.    Cover with the lettuce and then with slices of avocado.

4.    Spoon a tablespoon of tomato salsa over each portion and serve.
