Easy Cheesy Broccoli Bake

1 large bunch broccoli, (1-1/2 lb.), separated into stalks
1 10-1/4 oz. can cream of celery soup
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs tossed with 1 tbsp melted butter

        Preheat oven to dg350. Boil or steam broccoli for just a few minutes.

        Meanwhile, in medium bowl, blend soup, milk and cheddar cheese.

        Drain broccoli and arrange in an ungreased, shallow 5 by 10 baking
dish. Pour soup mixture over broccoli. Top with bread crumbs. Bake
25-30 minutes until hot and bubbly.

        Yield: 4-6 servings.
