I don't know if I am doing this right. I am having a hard time finding my
way around Google. I see the message in my email but I can't see h ow to
send a message on my own. I mean I would like to introduce myself properly
and not speak over someone's Almond Chicken recipe (which sure sounds fine)

My name is Jim Bengamin and I am a retired teacher living in Buffalo N.Y. My
companion of 30 years recently decided she didn't want to put up with my
ways any longer so I am on my own. A guy has to eat doesn't he so I thought
joining up here would be a good idea.

I am sorry if this is all wrong. Give me a few days to figure it out.

thank you for letting me in with your group.

Jim
