Impossible Chili Pie 1 lb. ground beef 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can of whole tomatoes, drained and chopped 1/2 c. onion, chopped 1 env. chili seasoning mix 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded 1 c. milk, maybe less 3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix 3 eggs Instructions Grease pie pan. Cook and stir ground beef in skillet until brown. Drain grease and stir in tomatoes, onions and seasoning mix. Spread in pie pan and sprinkle with cheese. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into pie pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 375 degrees or until golden brown.
