I goofed, and accidentally deleted Steve's post about a friend from today;
could someone send it back? thanks. I definitely want to try this; did you try
the Marie's biscuits when you were in England? Oh, it sure sounds delicious and
easy!

Steve, if you could explain to us what these cookies are like, we could
substitute something locally! My granddaughter would love those. are they like
sandwich cookies, like 2 cookies with chocolate or vanilla filling sandwiched
in between them, or plain say, lemon or vanilla wafers?

        Chocolate Balls

Quick and easy! Great for kids parties.

        1 packet marie biscuits, crushed

        ½ cup coconut

        2 tablespoons cocoa

        1 tin condensed milk

        Extra coconut for rolling.

        Method

        1. Mix all ingredients together and roll into small balls.

        2. Roll balls in extra coconut or chocolate sprinkles.

        3. Put into fridge and chill.

I use 2 freezer bags and a rolling pin to crush biscuits.

A single candle can illuminate an entire room. A true friend lights up
an entire lifetime. Thanks for the bright lights of your friendship.
