CARAMEL PECAN PIE 

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 jar Kraft caramel topping
Pecans

Make a 9 inch pie crust. Line bottom of pie with pecans. Cover with caramel 
topping. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add one egg at a time and beat
well. Pour into pie crust and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Chill. 
Garnish with pecans and drizzle with remaining caramel topping on top.  Enjoy.
