GEORGIA CORNBREAD DRESSING
2 cornbread box mixes
2 slices diced bread
1 lg. egg
1 stalk celery (chopped)
1/2 med. onion (chopped)
turkey or chicken broth
Preheat at 375 degrees. Mix cornbread as directed on box. Bake as
directed. Remove golden brown cornbread and crumble in a bowl. Add bread, egg,
celery and onion. Blend together. Add enough broth to moisten. Place mixture
into buttered or sprayed oblong pan. Pat mixture down. Bake 20 to 30 minutes
until golden brown. Great side dish! Enjoy.
