Banana ghosts
Makes 2 servings

1 firm ripe banana
1 1/2 ounces white chocolate
Small chocolate candies or currants

Peel the banana and remove any stringy fibers. Cut banana in half widthwise.
Push a Popsicle stick into each banana half through the cut end, cover each
pop with plastic wrap and freeze until firm, about 3 hours.
Heat white chocolate in microwave on high power until melted, about 1
minute. With a butter knife, spread melted chocolate on the frozen banana
halves.
Set the banana pops on a plate covered with waxed paper. Press on candies or
currants for eyes and mouths and return the pops to the freezer until ready
to serve.
