She has been free on bond since being arrested on June 23 for violating her parole. She entered a substance abuse rehab center in July. In a statement on McCready's official Web site, her attorney said the singer will surrender to Williamson County authorities on Tuesday (Sept. 30) to "satisfy her obligation to the state of Tennessee resulting from her probation violation." In another message on the Web site, McCready said, "I am working very hard to put all of this behind me as quickly as possible so I can get back to what I like to do most: sing, write songs and entertain. I would like to thank my fans for their unwavering support as I continue to work on my recovery and to regain custody of my precious son, Zander."
