Delma's PorkChop Casserole
1 pack boneless pork chops
2 cans sweet peas
2 cans carrots
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 half jar onion flakes
1 pack cheese
1 pack your favorite potato chips
Bake the pork chops 50 minutes at 350 F. or 180 C.
In a 2 Quart casserole dish
tair the cooked chops into bite size pieces.
drain the sweet peas & the carrots.
pour the carrots over the chops, then the sweet peas.
spread the 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup, over the vegetables.
spread the cheese, over the cream of mushroom soup.
sprinkle with onion flakes.
chrush the potato chips, & spread over all.
place in microwave, on high power
for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
or in oven until cheese is melted.
