PEACH SHORTCAKE
1 Jiffy cake mix (yellow or white)
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
1 c. milk
1 c. sour cream
4 c. peaches, sliced
8 oz. extra creamy Cool Whip
Make cake mix as directed on box. Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Cool. Mix
together pudding and milk. Blend in sour cream. Spread over cake. Slice peaches
and layer on top of cake. Top with Cool Whip.
