Zucchini Casserole
4-5 c. finely diced zucchini
1-1/2 c. graded Cheddar cheese
2 medium onions
1-1/4 c. Bisquick
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
Mix all ingredients. Grease 13 by 9 inch baking pan. Beat together 5
eggs and 1/2 cup oil. Pour over top of mixture. Bake at dg375 40-50
minutes.
