Black Beans and Dirty Rice Soup, Bunny's 
Keys:  Meats Soups Stews Low Calorie Fat Free Diet     
Yield: 8 
Ingredients: 
        1/2    cup  lean ham cubed 
          1    cup  lowfat chicken broth 
          1    lrg  onion chopped 
          3  stalk  celery chopped 
          2    lrg  carrots chopped 
          8    cup  vegetable broth 
        1/4    tsp  cumin more to taste 
        1/4    tsp  coriander more to taste 
        1/2    tsp  hot pepper sauce more to taste 
        1/2    cup  vegetable juice cocktail 
        1/4    cup  lime juice or lemon juice 
        1/3    cup  wild rice 
        2/3    cup  long-grain brown rice 
Method:
Saute the veggies in the cup chicken broth til soft in a pressure
cooker.
Toss all remaining ingredients in the pot stir lock lid in place bring
up to high pressure level out and cook for 12 min. Release pressure an
let sit closed for 5 min..
NOTES : Add the lime juice after cooking.
