PEANUT BRITTLE DESSERT
1 c. apricots, strained
2 c. peanut brittle
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
Crush peanut brittle with rolling pin. Combine with apricots and whipping
cream. Put into tall glasses. Refrigerate. This recipe is over 100 years old.
