PRESIDENT N.'S FAVORITE DISH
4 chicken breasts
1 bunch broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
Butter
Arrange, boiled, cooked chicken in the bottom of 9x13 baking pan. Arrange
barely cooked broccoli around chicken.
Heat cream of chicken soup, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry
powder. Spread over chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle cheese over mixture. Mix 1/2
cup bread crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over the top. Bake at 350 degrees
for 45 minutes and serve.
