PUMPKIN CHEESE SQUARES 2 c. flour 1 c. sugar 1 stick soft butter 1 tsp. baking powder Dash salt 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened 2 eggs 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 lg. can Libby's Pumpkin Pie Mix Cinnamon
Combine flour, 1 cup sugar, shortening, baking powder and salt. Mix until crumbly. Put 3/4 of this mix on bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Set aside. Beat until creamy the cream cheese, eggs, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla. Put on top of crumb mixture. Follow directions on Libby's pumpkin pie mix and pour over cheese mixture. Sprinkle reserved 1/4 of crumb mixture on top. Sprinkle with some cinnamon.
