PUMPKIN SQUARES
1 box yellow cake mix, no pudding in it
3 eggs
3/4 c. melted butter
Libby's pumpkin mix (for pies)
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Measure out 1 cup of the cake mix and set aside. To remainder of mix add
1 egg and 1/2 cup melted butter. Grease bottom only of 13 x 9 inch pan. Press
cake mix on bottom of pan and set aside. Mix together 2 eggs, pumpkin mix and
2/3 cup milk. Pour mixture over cake.
Mix together the 1 cup of cake mix that was set aside, 1/4 cup sugar, 1
teaspoon cinnamon and 1/4 cup melted butter. Sprinkle on top of pumpkin. Bake
at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
