Eagle's Brand Lemon Pie Recipe

 

1 8 or 9 inch graham crack crust or baked pastry crust.

3 egg yolks

1 14 ounce can of Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed milk

1/2 cup lemon juice

 

You can used cool whip for the topping or use the egg yolks to

make meringue.

Preheat oven to 350 .  In medium bowl beat egg yolks, stir in

condensed milk, and lemon juice.  Pour into prepared crust and

bake 8 minutes.  Refrigerate.
