Aioli 
Ingredients:

1 tsp
1/8 l (4.2oz)
egg yolks
pepper, salt
lemon juice
vegetable oil
Garlic
Serves 3 - 380 cal per serving
Prep-time: 10 min. - Total-time: 10 min. 
Aioli is an Italian garlic mayonnaise. It's important that all
ingredients are at room temperature. First of all combine the egg yolk,
freshly ground pepper, salt and lemon juice and stir well. Drop by drop
add the oil (that's important!) and use the electric mixer on the
highest setting. After a while pour in the oil a little bit faster. If
you add the oil to fast or the oil is to cold the mayonnaise will
curdle. Once your mayonnaise is curdled, you can try the following: In a
bowl stir an egg yolk and add the curdled mayonnaise teaspoon by
teaspoon. This will make the mayonnaise smooth again. Finally season the
Aioli with 1 - 2 minced garlic cloves. You can prepare Aioli and keep it
covered in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
