Bottom's Up Peach Cobbler   
1 cup of flour 
2 teaspoons of baking powder 
A pinch of salt 
1 cup of milk 
3 or 4 cups of cooked, sliced peaches, drained 
1 cup of sugar 
Sift together the flour, salt, and the baking powder and mix in the
sugar and milk. 
Pour the batter into a large, glass baking dish and spread the peaches
on top. 
Bake for about 1 hour at 350 degrees.  
The dough will come to the top while baking. 
Did You Know? 
Celery will last longer if you wrap it in aluminum foil when putting in
the refrigerator.
