SHORTBREAD - USING FOOD PROCESSOR   

      1 lb. butter
      1 c. fine white sugar
      2 c. flour
      2 more c. flour
      2 tbsp. cornstarch

      Cream butter, cut in small chunks and add gradually to food processor. 
Add sugar. Add 2 cups flour and mix well. Add 2 more cups flour and cornstarch 
and mix well. Press into ungreased 13x15 inch pan. Cook in 325 degree oven for 
30- 40 minutes. Turn every 15 minutes, half turn.
