Orange- Egg Cookies
1 orange 4 eggs 1 1/2 cups sugar 1 cup margarine or butter (melted) 6 tsps Baking Powder 4 to 5 cups flour. Crush orange (whole) in blender. Just wash it and cut off the sides. Add eggs, one at a time. Gradually add sugar and melted butter. Pour out of the blender, into the mixing bowl and add the dry ingredients. Fold in well. By hand make rounds and lay them on well greased and floured cookie sheets. Using a beaten egg yolk, brush the top of the cookies with it and sprinkle sugar over them. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minuts.
