YUMMY CHOCOLATE CAKE

Erin Phelps-Stark of Maplewood makes this cake often - always to rave
reviews. She once tried to make it in a 9-by-13-inch cake pan, but her kids
had a
fit. Only a bundt pan would do. Sometimes, she fills the hole in the cake
with mini M&Ms.

Makes 16 servings.

1 package (18.25 ounces) devil's food cake mix

1 package (3.9 ounces) instant chocolate pudding

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup oil

1/2 cup warm water

4 eggs

1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Powdered sugar

To prepare oven, pan: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bundt
pan.

To make cake: In large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, oil,
water and eggs. Beat for 4 minutes. Fold in chocolate chips.

To bake cake: Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or
until toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean. Cool for 10
minutes
in pan. Turn out onto wire rack. Cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered
sugar.
