YUMMY CHOCOLATE CAKE Erin Phelps-Stark of Maplewood makes this cake often - always to rave reviews. She once tried to make it in a 9-by-13-inch cake pan, but her kids had a fit. Only a bundt pan would do. Sometimes, she fills the hole in the cake with mini M&Ms.
