LEMON CAKE COOKIES
1 pkg. Duncan Hines lemon cake mix
1 beaten egg
1 (8 oz.) thawed Cool Whip
Mix together in small bowl. Sift 2 cups of powdered sugar. Put
walnut-size dough into sugar and roll around. Put on greased cookie sheet.
Place a pecan half on top. press down a little. Bake 10 or 15 minutes at 350
degrees.
