COMPLETELY CHOCOLATE WHIPPED CREAM FROSTING 2 tablespoons confectioner's sugar 1 tablespoon cocoa 1 1/2 cups chilled whipping cream 1/4 cup chocolate syrup In small mixer bowl stir together confectioners' sugar and cocoa.
