TALYOR'S BEEF ENCHILADA CASSEROLE
   1 lb.
   Ground beef
   1 teaspoon salt
   1 tablespoon chili powder
   1 tablespoon paprika
   3 tablespoons flour
   2 cans (8 ounces each) tomato sauce
   1/4 cup water
   1 cup pitted black olives
   8 corn tortillas
   1 onion, chopped
   1 cup shredded American or cheddar cheese
   In
 a large skillet, brown beef lightly then add salt, chili powder, paprika and 
flour.
Mix well; add tomato sauce and water. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring 
constantly.
Stir in olives and simmer for 10 minutes. Spoon a thin layer of meat sauce into 
a
shallow baking dish. Layer with 4 tortillas, then add 1/2 of the remaining 
sauce.
Sprinkle with 1/2 of the onion and cheese and repeat the layer. Bake at 350 
degrees
for 20-30 minutes or until cheese melts.
