Swanson*s® Glazed Snow Peas and Carrots 
Two colorful vegetables are dressed up with a tangy lemon sauce. This
dish is company-special but everyday-easy.

Prep. time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
4 tsp. cornstarch1 3/4 cups Swanson® Vegetable Broth(Regular or
Certified Organic)4 medium carrots, sliced1 medium onion, chopped3/4 lb.
snow peas1 tsp. lemon juice
 
MIX cornstarch, 1/2 cup broth and lemon juice. 
MIX remaining broth, carrots and onion in skillet. Heat to a boil. Cover
and cook 5 min. or until vegetables are tender. Add snow peas. Cook 2
min. 
ADD cornstarch mixture. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens.
