SESAME CHICKEN NUGGETS

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
halves 
1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp butter, melted 
Salt & Pepper (or substitutes) (to taste)

Preheat oven to 400° F. Wash chicken; cut each piece into 
1/4s (or more). Sprinkle with salt & pepper to taste. 
In a shallow bowl, combine sesame seeds & flour. Place soy 
sauce in a separate bowl. Lightly grease a baking pan with 
sides. Dip chicken pieces in soy sauce to coat, then dredge 
in flour mix. Place on baking pan in a single layer. Drizzle 
with melted butter. Bake at 400° F for 25-30 min or until done.

Prep Note:  ~ Although butter will help with a crispy surface, 
you might want to consider giving it a bit of flavored cooking 
spray instead.  ~ If you*re a sesame lover, sprinkle in a few 
more seeds on the topsfollowing the butter / spray !
Serving Suggestion:  Combine this with a GOOD chilled green 
salad, some garlic bread, & a chilled glass of an appropriate 
wine....and Viola`
