Swedish Meatballs
2lbs. of premade meatballs 
1/4 cup of sour cream 
1 1/2 cups of whole milk 
2 tlbs. of oil 
1 tlbs. of Swedish meatball seasoning 
chives 
2 tlbs. of flour 
Brown meatballs on both sides in oil. Remove meatballs when done (about
8 minutes). Add your flour over low heat; stir with a wisk for about a
minute. 
Then add all of your other ingredients; omitting chives. Heat over a
medium heat then add meatballs back in. 
After your gravy has thicken you are done. Sprinkle chives over
meatballs when you serve
