I've tried this. It works and is good when you're in a hurry and less
pans to clean up.

DIRECTIONS
In a microwave-safe mug coated with nonstick cooking spray, combine all
ingredients. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 1 minute; stir. Cook 1 to
1-1/2 minutes longer or until eggs are completely set.
