Ice Cream Baseballs ½ gallon ice cream, vanilla 1 bottle hard shell chocolate sauce 4 cup caramel popcorn 1 cup peanuts Crush caramel popcorn and peanuts in a baggie. Put mixture in a pan and set aside. Pour chocolate sauce in a bowl and set aside. Scoop out a baseball sized ice cream ball. Place ball into the chocolate sauce to completely cover the ball with chocolate. Remove the ice cream ball and quickly place it into the crushed toppings. Roll the ball until covered in toppings. Return ice cream balls to freezer until ready to serve
