BUDGET SALISBURY STEAK Printed from COOKS.COM 10 1/2 oz. can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. water 1 lb. ground chuck 1/3 c. fine bread crumbs 2 tbsp. minced onion 2 tbsp. minced parsley 1 egg Salt and pepper to taste Blend soup with water. Measure 1/4 cup soup mixture and combine with ground beef, bread crumbs, onion and parsley, egg, salt and pepper. Shape into oblong patties and brown. Pour remaining soup mixture over patties. Cook covered over low heat about 20 minutes.
