Surprise Cupcakes Batter: 2 Tblsps white vinegar 3 cups flour 2 cups sugar 1/2 cup cocoa 1 tsp salt 2 tsp baking soda 2 tsp vanilla 2/3 cup oil 2 cups water Filling: 1-8 oz pkg cream cheese 1 egg 1/2 sugar 1/2 tsp salt 6 oz chocolate chips Mix together all ingredients for batter by hand in a bowl. In separate
bowl mix together all ingredients for filling with mixer. Fill cupcake cups 1/2 to 2/3 full and drop 1 tsp of filling in the middle of each. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes.
